Many Realtors will sell you on what sets them apart from other Realtors and rightfully so.  However, In my opinion, all Realtors are unique and different in how they approach their profession.  So instead of trying to tell you why I am different, Im just going to detail my background, philosophy and approach to the Real Estate profession and let you decide if I am right for you.

 

-I appreciate your business.  Whether its $50,000 or $15 million value in Real Estate, I want to tell you that I appreciate very much any business you bring my way.  I will always feel honored and privileged with any opportunity to represent you in any Real Estate transaction whether or not the deal goes through.


-I work for you.  No matter how busy the market is, I will always be focused that you have hired ME to represent you.  No rookie realtors to do open houses or showings.  No assistants to show houses or answer phone calls.  I will be at every open house, all showings whether buying or selling and all appointments that requires my presence.  I will personally answer all phone calls and instantly if possible.

 

-I am on your side.  Every moment I represent you in a Real Estate Transaction.  I will always work for you, your best interest,, and be on your side 100% of the way.

 

-100% accessible.  I will answer your phone calls, text, or emails as quickly as I can no matter what time of the day it is.  I may be away from the phone because of various reasons but I will always make it a priority to call you back and clarify your questions and issues as soon as possible.

 

-Spare no expense.  I will not spare any expenses when selling and marketing your property.  I will use the latest available marketing technology to enchance market exposure and value of your home.  Virtual Tours, High Definition Photos, Video Tours, Customized websites, Customized for sale signs, Floor plans, Colored marketing material and brochures, and Home inspection reports are all prepared at no cost to you. All marketing and advertising will be geared toward selling your property, NOT ME!

 

-Experience and know how.  After completing the distinguished Real Estate Marketing program at the British Columbia Institute of Technology and graduating in the top 10% of the class.  I received my first realtor license in 1988.  Over the next 25 years, I have bought, sold, leased, rented, managed and developed Real Estate for both my clients and myself.  I started the current Real Estate Brokerage that I represent, Presidio Professional Real Estate services with my managing broker, Abraham Yung, 17 years ago and through dedication to the profession, we are still here today to provide Real Estate Services to past, present, and future clients.
