-100% accessible. I will answer your phone calls, text, or emails as quickly as I can no matter what time of the day it is. I may be away from the phone because of various reasons but I will always make it a priority to call you back and clarify your questions and issues as soon as possible.

-Experience and know how. After completing the distinguished Real Estate Marketing program at the British Columbia Institute of Technology and graduating in the top 10% of the class. I received my first realtor license in 1988. Over the next 25 years, I have bought, sold, leased, rented, managed and developed Real Estate for both my clients and myself. I started the current Real Estate Brokerage that I represent, Presidio Professional Real Estate services with my managing broker, Abraham Yung, 17 years ago and through dedication to the profession, we are still here today to provide Real Estate Services to past, present, and future clients.
